“I have always believed in the beauty, elegance and graciousness of handmade objects. My process as a ceramic artist is to always incorporate these things in everything I choose to make. After learning and then mastering the skill of wheel throwing the next natural progression for me was to incorporate sculptural elements in the process of throwing pots. In this way I pair my love of the thrown object with my passion of sculpture and mold making.”
