this space is perfect for art classes*, book club, and team meetings and can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 12.

rental begins at $125 an hour, minimum 2 hours.

each rental includes use of the space, the kitchenette, and 30 minutes on either side of the rental for set up and wrap up. no use of studio materials or equipment is included in our base price.
